52nd Annual American Indian Movement Liberation of Wounded Knee, South Dakota 4 Directions March ,
POW WOW, and Honoring's .
This is a collective event that will be held by members of the Oglala Lakota Community and various AIM Chapters from around Turtle Island. Dakota AIM Grassroots will lead us in the planning. We are excited about Leonard Peltier's recent release and freedom. We welcome all AIMsters and all supports over the past 50 years to attend. We are asking AIM chapters to actively participate by donating to this gathering and being present at this year's events. Mexica AIM Grassroots chapter will coordinate donations for this year's event. This event has always been a grassroots effort so we appreciate everyone's contributions to this event wether it be monetary, your musical or artistic talents, security, street medics, media, legal aid, horse riders, runners, walkers, caravan drivers, Cooks, honor guard, singers, spiritual, or other offerings to this movement of colonial resistance and Indigenous Sovereignty. In the spirit of Crazy Horse. Hoka Hey!
