Spokesperson for the Baloch Republican Army, Beebagr Baloch, said in a statement to the media that on July 24, a patrol team of our organization's Sarmachars had a long clash with the occupying Pakistani forces at Bulaida Palam Gwajj, which lasted for five hours. In the ensuing battle , the forces eventually had to resort helicopters.
The spokesperson said in this clash Commander Qazzafi Baloch, while commanding the rest of his friends, fought the forces with great courage and bravery. In his wounded condition, he fought with the enemy for three consecutive hours and managed to secure his remaining comrades. He himself accepted the martyrdom. Dozens of security personnels were killed in this battle.
He said that Commander Qazzafi alias Bahar Jan Baloch had been involved in the national liberation movement from the BRA platform for the last five years. His elder brother Shaheed Akram Baloch was martyred five years back while fighting the enemy from the platform of BRA also. Commander Qazzafi Baloch joined the organization at a very young age and served the nation with his hard work and bravery. Two years ago, he was given the responsibility of the second commander of the guerrilla camp. He played an important role in the functioning of the organization. He was an excellent fighter commander, he commanded comrades at an early age and fought important battles against the enemy.
Beebagr Baloch said that the organization announces the title of Kohsar e Watan to Shaheed Qazzafi Baloch for this bravery.
Beebagr Baloch further said that martyrdom against the occupying forces wasn't less than a great honor for the Baloch youth and the sacrifices would continue till the achievement of independent Balochistan.
